Pricing, Content, and Learning Portal Access

In order to control distribution and fair use, purchase of the book is required in order to play any of the Manufacturing or Logistics games. A single payment of CAD$40 per student is required, which grants a full gameplay license for the duration of the class the student is enrolled in. The purchase is valid only for the class it is activated for and is not transferable or resellable.

Please note that the authors of the book have renounced their copyrights in favour of the ERPsim Lab. The Lab's mission is to ensure the continued development and support of this simulation software. The proceeds from the sale of the book are used to fund the faculty support web site and the team behind it.

Faculty

  • You must create your class prior to using ERPsim (logon to the ERPsim Learning Portal for more details).  You can then immediately send a link to your students so they can purchase the book. Please refer to this video: Prepare Your Class Now (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTqFmFJ4vWs).
  • Alternatively, after creating your class, register the e-mail addresses of all enrolled students in the class. All the details are included in the documentation (and videos) available on the ERPsim Learning Portal. When you wish to use the simulation in class, you will select your class, and be able to activate one team for every four students who have paid for the book.
  • You can access the electronic copy of the book for your own reference via the Learning Portal. It's in the Materials section, under Manufacturing Game.
